Brand & Creative

Look like the
specialist you are.

Most inspection-business brands look interchangeable. Same generic house-with-magnifying-glass logo. Same red-and-black color scheme that InterNACHI guidance actively warns against. We build identity that signals what your business actually is — and stands out in a sea of templates.

What changes

What you get out of it.

A brand you can recognize at a glance

Logo, colors, type, and photography that hold together across your website, vehicle wraps, business cards, and Google profile.

Trust signals built into the look

Calm, professional, expert — the visual cues that make a buyer pick you over a logo that screams Photoshop 2009.

A kit you actually use

Files in the formats you need, brand guidelines a non-designer can follow, and templates for the things you make most often.

What's included

The actual deliverables.

Discovery + positioning

Before we design, we map who you are and how you want to be seen. The visuals come from the strategy — not the other way around.

Logo + lockup system

Primary logo, alternate lockups, monogram, favicon. Files for print, web, embroidery, and dark/light backgrounds. Vector originals you keep forever.

Color, type, and visual rules

Palette with hex/RGB/CMYK, typography pairing, do's and don'ts. Specific guidance on InterNACHI's red-avoidance rule for inspector branding.

Photography direction

What real-inspector-at-work photos should look like, what to avoid (staged stock, suburban-house clipart), and how to use them in marketing.

Social media template kit

Editable templates for Facebook, Instagram, GBP posts. So your team can produce on-brand content without designing from scratch every time.

Brand guidelines document

A shareable PDF that documents everything — so when you hire your next vendor (a printer, a video team, an ad agency that isn't us), they can stay on-brand.

How it works

Our approach.

01

Discovery & positioning

Workshop session to nail who you are, who you're for, and what makes you different. The strategy doc anchors the design work.

02

Concepts (3 directions)

Three distinct directions, not three variations of the same idea. We want a real choice, not a forced consensus.

03

Refine the chosen direction

Iterate on the winner until it's right. Logo, colors, type, photo direction — all finalized.

04

Deliver the kit

Files, templates, and guidelines packaged and handed off. You own everything.

Pricing

Brand work is a project engagement, not a monthly retainer. Brand kits start at $4,500 for a basic refresh and run up to $15,000 for full identity work including custom photography direction. Premier Partnership clients get a brand kit refresh included in year one.

FAQ

Common questions about this service.

Why do you avoid red in inspector branding?+
InterNACHI guidance discourages red because it signals alarm and failure — the opposite of what an inspector report should communicate. We follow the guidance because trust is the actual product, and color is a quiet but real trust signal.
Can I use my existing logo?+
If it's working, yes. We'll evaluate honestly. Sometimes a logo doesn't need replacing — it needs cleaner usage rules, better files, and a more disciplined visual system around it. We'll tell you which.
Do you handle print materials too?+
We design them. We don't print them — that's a fulfillment partner's job. We provide print-ready files for business cards, vehicle wraps, lawn signs, etc.
How long does the project take?+
6–10 weeks from kickoff to final delivery for a standard brand kit. Tighter timelines possible if you're moving fast and decisions get made quickly.
