Spectora Marketing

Marketing for inspection
companies on Spectora.

HomeInspectionSEO is a full-service marketing team for home inspection companies, and Spectora is our specialty. We handle your website, SEO and local SEO, plus Google and Meta ads on the Growth plan. On Spectora accounts, we set up tracking around what the scheduler can report, so bookings show their source in Spectora's own export.

What changes

What you get out of it.

What Spectora's export shows

When you use Spectora's built-in schedulers, Spectora collects data on every inspection scheduled externally, meaning any inspection not booked through the +New Inspection button. Its External Scheduling Data export includes UTM codes and downloads as a CSV file.

Where Google Analytics stops

Spectora's support article "Tracking Scheduling Data" says Spectora does not have a direct integration with Google Analytics at this time. It also says the online scheduler can't redirect its last page to a thank-you page for Google Ads tracking. (Spectora support, retrieved October 1, 2026.)

Built on live Spectora accounts

Titan Inspection Services in the Seattle area and Good Faith Inspection Company both run on Spectora, and both are our clients.

What's included

The actual deliverables.

Website, SEO and local SEO

Foundation covers your website on the HomeInspectionSEO platform, SEO, AEO and local SEO. Moving your current site over is included. Growth adds Google and Meta ads, and ad spend is separate.

Our own website forms

We build custom forms instead of using Spectora's forms. They pass a 90-day first-party attribution cookie into each lead: gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, the five UTM fields, the first referrer and the first landing page.

UTM-tagged scheduler links

Every link to your Spectora online scheduler carries UTM codes. That way each booking shows its source in Spectora's External Scheduling Data export.

A GA4 event on the scheduler click

We track the click to the Spectora scheduler as an event in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), because it is the last step your website can see.

Calls counted as the heavier conversion

We treat phone calls as a heavier conversion than a click to the scheduler.

Admin access to your Spectora account

We ask for admin access to your Spectora account so we can see your schedule and connect integrations.

How it works

Our approach.

01

Get admin access

We ask for admin access to your Spectora account for scheduling visibility and integrations.

02

Move your site and add our forms

We move your website to the HomeInspectionSEO platform, with migration included, and build forms that carry a 90-day attribution cookie into each lead.

03

Tag and track the scheduler

Every scheduler link gets UTM codes, and every click to the scheduler is tracked as a GA4 event.

04

Read bookings by source

We read Spectora's External Scheduling Data export to see where bookings came from, and we treat phone calls as the heavier conversion.

Pricing

Foundation is $997 a month and covers your website, SEO, AEO and local SEO. Growth is $1,497 a month total and adds Google and Meta ads. Ad spend is separate. A website on its own is $2,500 one-time. Both plans have a 6-month minimum, then run month-to-month. Prices are fixed, with no setup fee.

FAQ

Common questions about this service.

Can you track Spectora bookings in Google Analytics?+
Not directly. Spectora's support article says it does not have a direct integration with Google Analytics at this time. It also says the online scheduler can't redirect to a thank-you page for Google Ads tracking (Spectora support, retrieved October 1, 2026). So we track the click to the scheduler as a GA4 event instead, because it is the last step your website can see.
Where does booking source show up?+
Booking source shows up in Spectora's External Scheduling Data export. Spectora says the export includes UTM codes and downloads as a CSV file. We tag every link to your Spectora scheduler with UTM codes, so each booking shows its source in that export.
What do your website forms capture?+
We build our own website forms instead of using Spectora's forms. They pass a 90-day first-party attribution cookie into each lead, carrying gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, the first referrer and the first landing page. We run the same setup on homeinspectionseo.com.
Do leads from Spectora's own forms show where they came from?+
In our experience, no. Forms that come through Spectora don't carry hidden tracking fields like ad click IDs or UTM codes, and Spectora has no automated way to send booked inspections back to Google or Meta as offline conversions. That's why we use our own website forms and tag every scheduler link.
If someone unsubscribes in Mailchimp, do Spectora's emails stop too?+
In our experience, no. Spectora's emails, like inspection confirmations and reminders, are sent from Spectora. Unsubscribing in Mailchimp stops Mailchimp campaigns only, so the contact also needs to be opted out in Spectora.
Do I have to use Spectora to work with you?+
No. Spectora is our specialty, not a requirement. Inspection companies on other software are welcome if they move to the HomeInspectionSEO website platform, and migration is included. If you want to keep WordPress or another site, you can work with our parent company, ASP.
Why do you need admin access to my Spectora account?+
Admin access lets us see your schedule and set up integrations. We ask every Spectora client for it.
What do I own?+
You own every asset we build and all your data from day one.
